The Montessori Approach
In our classrooms, children are free to explore a carefully prepared environment filled with engaging materials that cater to their developmental stages. This hands-on learning fosters independence and self-discipline as children choose their activities, working at their own pace.
Montessori education emphasizes experiential learning through the five senses, encouraging children to touch, see, hear, taste and smell as they engage with their surroundings. Activities are designed to promote practical life skills, sensorial experiences, mathematics, languages and creativity.
The role of our teachers, or "directresses," is to guide and facilitate rather than instruct, creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration. In this way, children develop not just academically, but socially and emotionally, building confidence and a lifelong love of learning.
